Legal Website Solution
Architecting a High-Performance Digital Engine for B2B Virtual Reception Services

The digital transformation for Bob Katz Law required an advanced architectural strategy capable of structuring a massive volume of specialized legal content into an optimized, high-converting digital product. Serving as the Senior Designer, I spearheaded the comprehensive UX/UI strategy, managing stakeholder discovery and directing the end-to-end creative lifecycle. The primary objective was to build a highly responsive web presence engineered for rigorous conversion rate optimization (CRO), search engine optimization (SEO), and granular multi-chanel attribution tracking. Because personal injury marketing relies heavily on capturing high-intent local traffic across diverse demographics, the platform's information architecture was engineered from the ground up to support a seamless, multi-lingual interface natively handling English, Spanish, and Korean content pathways without compromising technical performance or indexability.
A core technical challenge centered on designing scalable, interconnected database structures for the site’s extensive content libraries. I architected a modular component system to elegantly organize distinct data repositories—including dynamic case results, a comprehensive video resource center, and a high-volume blog. These libraries were systematically cross-referenced with a deeply siloed matrix of personal injury areas of focus, ranging from motor vehicle accidents to complex liability litigation. To ensure absolute data integrity for marketing campaigns, the layout mechanics were built to seamlessly integrate advanced event-tracking scripts, dynamic phone number insertion (DNI), and encrypted intake workflows, providing full attribution clarity while maintaining lightning-fast Core Web Vitals.

When tackling the design for Bob Katz Law, the goal was to completely move away from the aggressive, intimidating, and often dated visuals that plague the personal injury field. People visiting a personal injury site are usually dealing with a high-stress, life-altering event. They don't need to see aggressive gavels or low-quality stock images of car crashes; they need to feel an immediate sense of safety, professionalism, and unshakeable capability. I focused on building a clean, modern, and deeply empathetic user interface. By combining a sophisticated, trustworthy color palette with crisp, open layouts and premium typography, we created an digital environment that feels authoritative yet completely approachable.
The real design triumph on this project was making an immense amount of complex data feel entirely effortless to navigate. Managing three different languages meant that our responsive layouts and navigation models had to be flexible enough to handle varying text lengths and character sets—especially for Spanish and Korean—without breaking the visual rhythm. We designed highly scannable resource hubs where users can filter through videos, blog posts, and past case victories tailored precisely to their specific situation. By creating a frictionless, calming conversational flow with highly intuitive intake structures, the site treats the user with dignity while subtly guiding them toward taking action.
