CALL TRACKING SYSTEM

RYNOtrax Call Tracking System Solution

As a Senior Designer, I contributed to the development of RYNOtrax, a proprietary tracking platform designed to provide advanced insights into digital marketing performance. As the system evolved, a growing need emerged to integrate call tracking capabilities. This required designing a versatile framework capable of handling multiple call types across various business models, including both standard and AI-assisted calls. The solution supported static and dynamic line tracking, ensuring seamless integration and adaptability for diverse client needs.

This process involved developing a logic-based modal system that enabled administrators to manage a range of complex criteria, scalable up or down depending on the service, service type, and the specific issues each service addressed. The design accounted for multiple functional needs, including line type selection, call record warnings, location-based targeting, and campaign grouping—providing a streamlined, adaptable experience for managing diverse tracking configurations.

One of the key strengths of this system was its ability to help both the platform and administrators intelligently route client tracking numbers through a variety of filters. These filters leveraged the previously defined criteria to automatically assign tracking across multiple service types, capturing incoming calls from diverse sources such as Facebook, Google, Yelp, and Microsoft platforms.
