RYNOtrax Metrics & Knowledge Base Solution

As a Senior Systems Designer, I played a key role in the development of RYNOtrax—a proprietary tracking platform built to deliver deep, data-driven insights into digital marketing performance. One of my core initiatives involved codifying and organizing foundational metrics, creating a structured framework that both administrators and developers could leverage to design visual interfaces for inputting and managing a wide range of digital marketing and tracking data.

The first step involved developing a structured listing format where criteria could be defined, searched, categorized, and entered efficiently. To enable this functionality, several supporting components were required; including a system for defining individual metrics, tools to look up related metrics, and a bulk-editing capability that allowed administrators to categorize and manage multiple metrics simultaneously within the platform.

Finally, this solution was implemented using a drawer-based interface, enabling system users to access aggregated metric data directly from top-level pages. Within this interface, users with the appropriate permissions could validate metric references, review filter and expression dependencies, and inspect the logic behind expression construction. This configuration supported greater data integrity, streamlined troubleshooting, and provided transparency into how metrics interacted within the broader tracking framework.
