Synchronizing Data Ecosystems: Re-Engineering a Unified Source of Truth for Enterprise Call Tracking & AI Analytics

The architectural evolution of RYNOtrax 2.0 for RYNO Strategic Solutions required an aggressive operational turnaround of a highly fragmented business intelligence and call-tracking platform. Onboarded as a Senior Systems Designer, my primary directive was to establish a centralized design system and unified source of truth for an interface that had historically been fractured by multi-vendor codebases and reactive, developer-driven styling interventions. The lack of standardized component logic and visual hierarchies had introduced severe friction between engineering, client success teams, and enterprise partners. By auditing the legacy interface, I systematically decoupled the application's core structural mechanics from disparate vendor elements, engineering a deterministic UI framework capable of scaling fluidly across highly complex data visualizations.

My Role

Design System Initialization & Architecture

AI Product Integration & UX Design

Onboarding & Setup Optimization

Cross-Platform Integration Mapping

Multi-Stakeholder Alignment & Strategy

As the platform infrastructure stabilized, my scope expanded into managing the user experience for core product verticals, including advanced onboarding tools, multi-channel call tracking, and cutting-edge artificial intelligence analytics. I collaborated closely with the technology team to design and deploy AI-driven feature sets that parsed unstructured audio and form data into high-level, hyper-segmented summaries tailored to distinct user persona needs. To optimize operational velocity, I completely re-architected the partner initialization and setup UI/UX—replacing an ad-hoc, developer-configured onboarding loop with an elegant, wizard-driven configuration model. This technical intervention dramatically lowered the time-to-value for internal deployment teams and streamlined the integration of complex data layers without compromising platform stability.

Working on RYNOtrax 2.0 with the technology team was an absolute masterclass in what it truly means to design for scale. When you inherit a platform that has been pulled in different directions by multiple vendors, you aren’t just fighting a design battle—you are solving a massive communication and alignment problem. Developers had spent years throwing together quick, functional fixes to appease immediate client requests, leaving the interface looking like a patchwork quilt and leaving stakeholders speaking completely different visual languages. My first mission was to step in, calm the chaos, and give the engineering and product teams a rock-solid, predictable system they could actually trust and build upon.

What made this project an incredible milestone for me was realizing that enterprise product design is never just about mastering your system; it’s about mastering the web of interconnected systems that feed into it. I had to dive deep under the hood to understand how our interface would dynamically adapt to data flowing from standard marketing giants like Google, Facebook, and Yelp, all the way to specialized, heavy-hitting industry tools like ServiceTitan, Searchlight, and Invoca. Learning how to leverage AI to capture complex call data and distill it into an intuitive, visually stunning summary dashboard changed how I view design forever. It proved to me that a digital product can’t be a rigid, static piece of art—it has to be a living, breathing ecosystem built to bend, flex, and scale for years down the road.
